This notice explains how Zyra handles information submitted through this website. Last updated 27 September 2026.
For a booking request we collect your name, phone number, city, care interest, consultation mode and preferred date and time. If you complete the initial assessment, we also collect only the health details specifically requested there, such as height, weight, latest HbA1c, care priorities and previous treatment. Except for those requested details, do not submit medical reports or other detailed clinical information through this form.
We use these details to contact you, verify availability, confirm the appointment and help the doctor prepare for the consultation. The initial assessment is not a diagnosis, prescription or complete clinical record.
Access is limited to the Zyra care team and service providers needed to operate the booking and communication process. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Booking-request information is kept only while needed to organise care, resolve enquiries and meet applicable legal obligations. Clinical records created during a consultation are handled separately.
