FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

Will I be given a strict diet chart?

Not necessarily. The aim is a practical, personalised plan that you can follow. Your dietitian may use meal guidance, portions or a structured plan where useful.

Can nutrition replace my medicines?

No. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines without speaking to your treating doctor. Nutrition, movement and medicines can work together as parts of one plan.

Is this only for weight loss?

No. Nutrition support can help with diabetes, obesity, metabolic health and building more consistent eating habits. Individual needs differ.

Will I have to give up familiar foods?

The starting point is the food you already eat. Your dietitian will help find realistic adjustments rather than impose an unfamiliar routine.
